Chill Wine & Tapas Bar was packed on August 13th in a great show of support for ARCS!

Welcome to another edition of BGHV Weekend! We hope that you have all been having a great week, and that you are FINALLY enjoying a little bit of the summer heat the last few days.

A big “Thank You” goes out to everyone that joined AIDS Related Community Services for their Friend-raiser at Chill Wine and Tapas Bar on Main Street this evening. We just got back from there, and they had quite a crowd for their first such event in Beacon. In addition to serving as an casual evening to enjoy fun and drinks with friends, ARCS was also looking to spread the word about some of their upcoming programs for which they could sure use your support.

Their next big event is the Hudson Valley AIDS Walk which will take place on Saturday, October 17th in Poughkeepsie, and they are busy signing up walkers. You can make your own team, or sign up to walk with Big Gay Hudson Valley. All the information is posted on BGHV, so check it out, sign-up, and join us on October 17th!
