Patrick, Stephan and our fab Locust Grove host, Ken at the Pride Preview Party in Poughkeepsie

First of all, thank you to all that came out to join us for the Big Gay Hudson Valley Pride Preview Party last Friday, May 29th at Locust Grove in Poughkeepsie!  More than 400 of you joined us for our first big gay event and we were thrilled to see such a diverse group of the area’s LGBTQ community in attendance.  To see photos of last weekend’s event, check out our albums on BGHV and on Facebook.

For those of you that missed the party, join us for our next gathering as BGHV sets sail on a 3-hour tour of Bannerman’s Island on Saturday June 27th.  Tickets are available now.

As you are likely aware, this weekend is the 5th anniversary of the Hudson Valley Pride March & Festival in New Paltz.  All the details of this year’s festivities are included below.  Please be sure to stop by the Big Gay Hudson Valley tent in Hasbruck Park and say hello!  We’ll be drawing for a free ticket to our Bannerman’s Island cruise.

You’ll also find a new addition to the BGHV homepage; get your Summer of Pride schedule in order with our LGBTQ listings, accessed from the homepage navigation.
