wamcWord about Big Gay Hudson Valley is spreading! So much so that we actually participated in our first local media interview with WAMC Northeast Public Radio on Tuesday afternoon. The subject of the interview? How urbanites are continuing to move out of places like New York City for the Mid-Hudson Valley and whether or not the MTA fare increase will affect this movement up the Hudson River from Manhattan.

Even though fares are going up, it is still substantially less expensive (42% lower) to live here in the Mid-Hudson Valley and many think this higher standard of living… for less…will drive “urbanites” (some also known as “homosexuals”) up the river.

The response to this up-river proliferation? A greater number of media resources – such as Big Gay Hudson Valley – designed to show residents and visitors their way around. Want to listen to the story? Check it out here.
