May is upon us, and with that means Gay Pride season is almost here. With events lining up back-to-back now is the time to mark those calendars to ensure that you don’t miss out on the fun.

BGHV’s Pride Preview Party: Friday, May 28th @ 5pm, Locust Grove in Poughkeepsie
Featuring tunes from DJs Ryan Doughty, Josh Taylor, and John Martin, Live Music from Gay Singer and Songwriter Stewart Lewis, and Drag Bingo with Hudson’s-Own Trixie Starr – amongst many other surprises – this evening is going to be one to remember. RSVP and get all the details here on Facebook.

Speaking of Gay Pride – BGHV is looking for a flatbed that we can borrow on which to create our float. Might you have a flatbed we can use? Do you know someone that does? If its attached to a business, we’re happy to make you the sponsor of our float if we can borrow it for a few weekends in May/June. If you’ve got a connection or two we should know about, please let us know.
