LOFT Edu presents: Pilates Mat with Instructor Gary Skidmore!
• What we’ll do
Pilates Mat is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. The LOFT Edu sessions will be open to all skill and experience levels.

Entire 6 Week Series on Mondays from March 5th to April 9th, 2018 from 6:30pm-7:45pm (pushed back a week from original start date of February 26th)
Enroll in entire series or drop-in the weeks you’re available.
Entire 6 Week Series: LOFT Members $72 or Non-Members $84
Single Session Drop-In Rate: LOFT Members $15 or Non-Members $20

We have mats and props to use or you can bring your own. Bringing a towel is recommended.
